Key Responsibilities:
Manage high-volume engagement across social platforms (comments and DMs) using Zoho Social
Respond quickly, professionally, and clearly to customer inquiries
Build trust and confidence through thoughtful, informative communication
Navigate between management systems and native platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) for personalized engagement
Qualify leads and guide relevant prospects toward booking in-store appoint

Requirements:
Proven experience managing high-volume social media engagement – required
Proficiency in Zoho Social .
Native-level Hebrew with excellent written communication skills (English a plus)
Strong organizational skills, self-discipline, and ability to work under pressure
Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership
Background or interest in beauty/fashion – an advantage
Note: This role does not involve direct sales. The focus is on engagement, trust-building, and appointment coordination.
