Take full ownership of the company’s import/export activities, working closely with internal teams and global customers
Coordinate shipments across the entire supply chain, including warehouses, customs processes, and collaboration with sea and air freight forwarders
Lead initiatives focused on optimizing logistics costs, including running tenders and preparing detailed shipment cost analyses
Maintain close, proactive communication with international customers
Manage procurement-related activities

Job Requirements:
Education: BSc/BA in a relevant field
Experience & Skills:
At least 2 years of experience in Import/Export and Procurement, with solid understanding of the field
Experience working with regulatory requirements and government approvals – an advantage
Background in a courier company or medical device company – an advantage
Technical Skills:
Good command of Microsoft Office
Familiarity with ERP systems
Languages:
Good English, both written and spoken
