In this role, you will work with key stakeholders in the high-tech ecosystem, including founders, senior executives of fast-growing startups, lawyers, banks, and accountants. You will provide professional services and expertise in areas such as:
Proper equity management strategies.
Taxation of options and equity-based incentives.
Database and transaction management (e.g., M&As, IPOs, and more).

Experience
No prior experience required – an advantage for experience in trust services, taxation, or similar fields.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree – Required (preferably in finance or business-related fields).
